Service center charged $90.00 to tighten a battery cable. $90.00! They swear they hooked up the machine to their diagnostic machine, but failed to realize I watched what they were doing. Was not hooked up to a machine. They only opened the hood and fiddled with cables. Would have accepted the $90. and been fine if they had given me advance notice of the charges. The only notice I was given, quote: if it's something simple, we will not charge you. end quote. Customer service is just poor, rates are outrageous. Pros: None Cons: Poor Service, Overcharged more
