Longhorn car rentals is by far the worst place I've been to when it comes to car renting. I was not only treated awfully on the phone, but also in person. They gave me no helpful information yet alone bad customer service. I went to three car rental places that day and this one was the worst. Therefore I would never recommend it to no one I know or anybody in general.
