My sister and friends planned a bachelorette pole dance party for me on Saturday. Literally four days later, I am still sore from this workout. Not only is this studio high class but this workout was much different than expected - in a good way. (You never know what to expect when you talk about, "pole dancing," right?!) After our experience, I can see how pole dancing is such a great workout. Lauri's demonstration for all of us was indescribable - something you have to witness for yourself. Overall, our experience was superb. We had a ton of fun and actually got a workout in before our evening of drunken debauchery. Very memorable!
