Meineke does a very good job at what they do, also a 90 day warranty on an item is sufficient considering work being done at a non dealer. Also they do call you before any unauthorized work is done, it's business policy. Before you sign the work order all these questions should be asked before you have the work done anyway. Also if they go a little over an estimate by a reasonable amount may be expected for incidental's, an estimate is it exactly what it means.If any commenter's want to complain about Meineke, take your car to a dealer then tell me who's prices are high!!! Not to knock the dealer but those who whine about pricing don't have a clue. Anyway just to close, Meineke doe's a fine job and it is ok to complain but have something to back it up!!
