I really can't say enough good things about this practice. I had been looking to switch dentists for quite some time now, but had never made the time to do it until now. I had been unhappy with the level of service I was receiving and just wasn't satisfied with the care I was getting. I had always passed The Smile Place while driving in my car and had always thought it was an orthodontist for some reason. Then one night while I was watching tv, I saw a commerical and it said they practice general dentistry. I called when I got into my office the next morning to see if they take my insurance and to set up an appointment. They do take my insurance so I was really happy about that and at that point I made my first appointment. I recently went in for the 1st time and was blown away with how nice everybody was. From the receptionist, to the hygientist, to the dentist, everyone was great. That rarely happens. Usually the minute you walk into an office you get a dirty look from the receptionist like you are bothering her and she is saying to herself "please go away", but the level of service I was provided with from the beginning to the end was wonderful and it really made for a nice visit. It was really nice to be welcomed by such a friendly & helpful staff, as well as the dentist. He was also was very friendly and has such a nice bedside manner too. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist to at least try them and see for yourselves.
