First few meals at EvenTide were very good. Last few have been mediocre to poor. Service is always good but the kitchen is phoning it in - both in terms of the quality of the recipes and in their execution. Pasta Bolognese at bar was inedible one time and flavorless another. Have had overcooked fish and undercooked steak in main dining room. Too much salt on some dishes, none on others. Shame...wanted to love this place but it has lost its way.
