From start of inquiry to end of move - fast, clean, professional. NorthStar was the first of four companies I emailed requesting quotes to contact me - within 45 minutes of my request. I was quoted a not to exceed price the next morning by Barak - a fair price for four movers + a shuttle van for my steep driveway. Move leader Roberto and his team arrived early and went to work immediately - these guys knew what to do and did it. I felt the typical anxiety disappear instantly. They did not disappoint, moving me in half the quoted time - HALF THE TIME. Can't imagine that this is always the case, but I tipped large and waved goodbye.
