I had an appointment at this salon. TEN MINUTES before it is supposed to start as I am about to turn onto Tejon I get a call on my cell saying my stylist cannot do my hair because her previous client was late and her color wasn't lifting. The bitchy receptionist says "I can still come but my hair will be done by 2 or 3 stylists" pretty much meaning I won't even get the experience I came for. A little tip for the stylists at this salon: be committed to your clients. If you have to stay late, then you have to stay late. You aren't divas, get over yourselves. And, guess what? I went to Veda after I had to turn around, so you just lost a customer. Well done.
