I was pleased with my expierence at Future Concepts. They first don't have you tip when it is your first visit and that was nice since I was given a gift card.
Sarah listened and asked me to explain how I wanted my highlights. She toned it down and put in half as many as I thought they were going to do which I really liked. She gave me a hand massage which was unecpected, while I waited under the hair dryer.
I would reccommend this place and try there other services! I loved my hair!
