Lisa demystified Pilates for me, explaining the cause and effect of the exercises, the equipment and movements to a degree that really focused my efforts. I'm still new, and have much to learn, but Lisa's training is changing my body in ways the gym never achieved. Strength from your core is remarkably more than the sum of its parts. Her exceptional patience seems borne of her faith in what Pilates can really do for you, and I, for one, am converted.
