Several of the staff that I spoke with (Including the owner) were rude and condescending. Vets recommend that puppies have all their shots (typically 4-5 months of age) prior to socialization with other dogs. However, the puppy rate only applies to dogs that are 5 months or younger. I don't really see the point of even offering a puppy rate if it only applies to those who want to put their dogs at risk.
