Progressive is an excellent insurance company, Provides great service to, I just question Ms. Delia Izquierdo' method of advertising, where I would never buy a box of cracker Jacks from her.
The story: I went to my mailbox only to find an envelope with a likeness of the State of Florida letterhead (it looked official) on it. I have just got done dealing with the state, and thought we resolved our differences amicable. So I was just exasperated to get a letter from the State of Florida. Because, on the letter, it said" second and final notice". Great I thought only to open the letter to find I maybe paying to much for my insurance.
Who thinks of this advertising, what a jerk. Ms. Izquierdo if didn't come from you, who ever it's coming from is doing a disservice to you and progressive.
I wouldn't want you as an agent, if you did.
Pros: Progressive is good, but, Ms. Izquierdo is badly flawed!
Cons: Sends faulty advertising.
