I agree with the above posts. PTCU was a great credit union that provided good and fair service. OnPoint thinks it is a bank. Their president must have worked for B of A or something. They go out of their way to be clever and predatory with their fees and fines. There online bill payment is slow and expensive. If a member complains about the management they will close their account so they no longer have a voice as a member. Stay away from OnPoint.
