I take my Camry here regularly for service, and I've never had a complaint. Mitchell keeps things up to date, explains what happens, and what he has done. Sometimes in any business like this, the mechanic is going to find an unexpected issue, but after taking the car here over 6 or so times, this has only happened once, and it sounded reasonable.
