I advise everyone who has a "Goettl" AC unit to peel the sticker off of their unit and see what brand they really bought. I was a Goettl customer for 30 years, faithfully. I bought a new unit from them in December 08. My uncle was on the roof and said it looked just like the Goodman unit he bought for almost half of the price, then we peeled the Goettl sticker off and sure enough it was a Goodman unit. I have contacted an attorney and we are filing a class action lawsuit against the company. I suggest that even if you are happy with the company and your unit to go up there and peel the sticker off of the unit. If you in fact have a Goodman unit and your paperwork says you bought a Goettl, contact me to get some or all of your money back.....stevemcnairisdead@yahoo.com
