I wish there were a larger forum to warn mothers about this retailer - but please know I strongly recommend shopping ANYWHERE else but here. I purchased a very expensive jogging stroller a couple months before I was able to use it (winter). As soon as I got it out on the street, I realized I was pushing a deathtrap. The stroller TIPPED on a dime - scary. I went back to Baby Land and Jason (the GM) LAUGHED at me when I told him that I wanted to return the stroller. He was smug, rude and treated me with grave disrespect. I called the manufacturer - who was wonderful. They said they would take care of it, but I would have to return it through Baby Land. They told Jason (at BL) they would pay to ship it back and give him ALL his money back. He told them he would do NOTHING. I went to talk to Jason directly and try to understand why he wouldn't extend me (the customer) the same courtesy that the mfg was offering him?
