As of 5/27/10, this franchise continues to have an "F" rating with the BBB (not a member). They have several complaints against them that they have failed to respond to. I wish I had known that before I went there. I called the BBB after this experience. My car had a loud noise, sounding like the muffler and I only took it here because of close distance to my home. BIG MISTAKE! I would have taken it to another place close by that I've been to before but they're closed on Saturdays. I took my car in on Saturday, 1/9/10. The service manager told me that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I asked him if it could wait until Monday and he said, oh no, it could fall off and you won't be able to drive the car. I also asked him if this was something that could have been prevented, as I take care of my car and he said no, at this mileage (158,632), this will happen. At that time, I knew nothing about cat. cvt's., but since this terrible experience, I have done my research
