1.) It is harassing when the secretaries and the owner of the studio belittle you in front of the other dancers, teachers and parents. I've always paid my tuition for my daughter on time but yet I never seem to escape the harassment because of the mistakes made by the book keepers. It doesn't matter that they harass people, it matters when and where.\r

2. As for the trash talking done by parents, well lets be honest, no you guys can't control it but its a shame to see that type of environment in the audience. Rather than stick up for those parents why don't you just apologize for them? I'm sure other parents would want to know by whom their children are going to be influenced by when they drop them off...so yes this is a perfect place to post that information.\r
