I also have experienced two years worth of poor customer service. We had the pool put in orginally in 1983 and totally resurfaced, retitle and recoped the entire pool, which cost as much as it was to put it in the 80's. I have waited 2 years to get the many times promised minor touch ups after paying cash for the project two years ago. I have made numerous calls to Northfield and cannot get some to come out and do these minors things.
