It's a very common scam they tell you they can get you work but you need head shots. They refer you to an expensive photographer ... MIGHT get you 1 job making pennies then you never hear from them again.
My personal experience:
I showed up...read a side...the guy asked me ""if I had been in the business before"" and told me to call back the next morning.
When I called back he told me how excited they were to start working with me and that they didn't just want to have a regular ""extra"" relationship they wanted to send me on bit part auditions.
He then put me on hold...Came back and gave me the EXACT SAME speech ... word for word as if reading from a script. He said the first thing I needed to do was get them some head shots. Before I was able to respond he put me on hold again and came back with a photographers name.
I told him I didn't need a photographer as I already had head shots and asked how many they needed. He told me they look at head shots Tuesdays at 1:00 and immediately hung up.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ... Extra work doesn't require anything more than a snapshot. No need for expensive head shots to be a face in the crowd.
It's obvious all the positive reviews are fake since their names either have a letter for the last name (i.e. Karle B, Martin M or end in 123). And the fact that they all point out the abundance of negative feedback and try to defend the company. If they were real experiences the people wouldn't be so committed to discrediting other experiences. DON'T BE FOOLED.
Cons: SCAM
