I am in the business and will be honest. \r
Its a small well decorated and set up sushi place. no liquor just beer and sake. Located in one of the parking lots of a nice Boynton beach close to the Bethesda Hospital. Server was very nice and at first seemed to be very knowledgeable. She was correct about sushi being an organic product and some of the things like uni and Toro (blue fin and Big eye Tuna) are wild. Most of the fish is Local ? hmmmm. Overall she was sweet and great at her job and would love for ther to play for my team. Food: Rolls are way over priced $25 for eight peices of scraped spicy tuna and imitation California rolls under some avocado and paper frozen ebi. ( hey boys a little prep goes a long way!! boil some shrimp and wash it with ginger juice!!!) Rice was cooked and seasoned perfect. I was not to crazy about canned lobster meat and tons of Japanese mayo on the plate. More kitchen food would be a bigger plus. Overall liked it, but if i had a choice to spend $150 for 3 rolls and 2 small plates ( and few Sapporo's) i would choose something with a better view, larger menu choices and a full bar. The Blue Fish or Japango. Overall, liked the place but will never come back fo spend that kind of money for a great conversation with a server or a prety decor. I go to the restaurants to eat ausome food, everything else is just an illusion.
