After owning our own trailor in the park for the past five years, we have seen plenty of people come and go... Mostly because the sheriff drags them off in cuffs or because their trail or gets taped off from the previous meth lab overlooked by the landlord. Don't assume you can plant flowers or tend a garden because the landlord is also very fond of his roundup. Keep your doors locked and stay clear of the cars that sit idle at the bottom of the road. The homes in the park are fairly well taken care of with mostly new siding. Kids are welcome... In fact, there tends to be no limit on those allowed in the homes.
