Ferdi, Dan, and Rolan called ahead to see if coming early would be okay with me. Of course it was! They showed up exactly when they said they would, explained in great detail what the process was (first time to dry cleaning carpets). The three of them made me feel like a VIP with their professionalism and politeness! The process was very fast, but the carpets looked brand new and smelled fabulous!!\r

I will definitely be using them on a regular basis and highly recommend them, especially if you have children or pets. I was very pleased to know their process is completely safe for my cats. :o)
