love the job done by Mr. Polo... he was very polite and explained and demonstrated the whole process to me before he started....I .was a little skeptical at first.... it was my first time with dry cleaning carpet...with that said, I will never call a steam cleaning company again... love the clean carpet.. all the stains are gone... and didnt have to wait for it to dry...took about 2 hours to complete but well worth the time...and money.. Miguel did a great job .....ask for him...
