Left a dress here to be cleaned, they took 3 weeks longer than they said they would and did a preservation service despite my express request that they NOT do this on several occasions. Had to make 5 trips back to the store before it was ""ready"" and then they wanted $650?!?! and would not give up dress until we paid. CEO/manager was hostile and threatening. Worst business I've ever encountered, hands down. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. And at the end of it all, the dress is still stained and they don't care. If you want to pay 6x times the going rate to feel like hot stuff, have fun, but otherwise, steer clear of this place. It's a total rip-off.
