First of all I would like to start by saying I love this company. I hired Rathbun Realty several weeks ago to manage my home. I called in one day and had an appointment the next day and met with Susan. She went through all the information with me about renting my home out. At that time I had signed the contract but, I still needed my husband to sign. A couple days later (still before my husband had signed) Rathbun called me saying someone was interested in my property for rent and was willing to sign a lease however couldn’t because they still needed my husband’s signature. I was amazed that before we had even had everything finalized they already had a renter for my house. I made my husband sign it that night, sent it to Susan the next day and then they signed the lease with the renters. They had everything handled. They really did take the worry out of renting my home.
