Adam I wouldnt worry too much about a few complaints, no matter how hard you try you'll always have a few. If you serve 10,000 per month and only 3 have left negative feedback on this website than you're doing pretty darn good. Thats less than .0000001% of your customers have a complaint. And fi the service was really that bad I don't think 10,000 customers per month would be flocking to your place, I have ate there twice and had good expereinces, keep up the great work.
