Jacque Cole is an exceptional sales representative and was very quick to reply to my emails and phone calls. We had some last minute changes and he was very patient, helpful, and understanding. The shipment arrived sooner than expected and even though there are still some boxes left unopened everything looks okay. As with any moving company, the one thing I'd caution someone about is shipping fragile things, e.g. art. We packed it ourself b/c we have experience with art handling, but shipments are sent freight, so you never know how things get handled. Ideal Moving & Storage, however, was very careful with our fragile items and the boxes arrived intact.\r
