I went to Sprout today and there was just one overwhelmed poor guy working. I ordered a sprout bowl (rice, veggies, chicken) and to my horror, he threw on the cabbage, shredded carrots and other toppings with his bare hands. Needless to say since he was the only one working, he was also handling the cash register and everything else. I was completely grossed out and left without eating a bite. My sister has witnessed this phenomenon on more than one occasion as well. While I tend to like their food, this is disgusting and completely unhygenic and I won't be going back there again. I wouldn't suggest you go either, and if you do, be adamant about gloves for food handling!!

Cons: TOTALLY lax hygene, inconsistent food
