We interviewd 3 other builder/renovation companies and ended up choosing Crawford Renovation to build our home off our plans we had already drawn up. We were drawn to Crawford's process of picking and choosing EVERYTHING before construction began. Crawford took our choices and gave us a price and timeframe for the whole project. After we had completed everything the Crawford Group finished our home 4.3 % UNDER BUDGETand SOONER than promised ! As with any house building project there were the predictable ""hic-ups"" along the way but Crawford Renovation really impressed me by taking care of anything that would come up. Their team of Project Managers and various crews that worked building our home were very experienced and professional ! I would recommend Crawford Renovation to anyone considering a newbuilding or Renovation project !
