I had Shoop's hang my awnings last Spring. My awnings were dirty (they claimed they cleaned them before storing them), one awning was ripped (it was not ripped upon pick up for Winter storage), the awning was hung uneven and they ripped 3 of my porch screens when hanging the awnings. I have called and written the company many,many times and they ignore my requests for a call back. I have received no call or letter from the company.I cannot believe noone can return a call or at least acknowledge the damage that was done. I do not recommend working with this company at all!
