I have been working out with Lisa at O2 for about 2months now. I have worked out with other trainers in the past, so I have some experience with it. Based on my experience, my biggest concern, beyond being as efficient as possible with my workout time, is to avoid injury while getting in shape.\r

From the outset, Lisa listened to my goals and concerns and has tailored my workouts accordingly. I have really enjoyed working out with Lisa, it is challenging, she has a great facility to employ to keep the workouts fresh and interesting, and we are making progress. Furthermore, I have avoided any setbacks due to injury on our way to losing 15 pounds, while gaining strength.\r

I highly recommend working out with Lisa at O2 fitness on Towerview Court. It has already paid off for me and we aren't done yet.
