The one-star review below is surprising, as I and my family had a wonderful experience here. We've traveled to over fifty countries and eaten at many Michelin-starred establishments, and still we were impressed by the food and service at Before the Bridge. I wouldn't say it's mind-blowing food, because it's pretty straightforward, but it will be one of the best (insert name of dish here) you will ever eat. Highly recommended.
