I see Julia. She's great, very honest, lots of skill. I wanted to grow my hair and she told me that I just need to leave it alone for 6 months, except for split ends. Then she gave me a cut that would look good while it was growing out. 3 months later, it still looks good. Bang trims are complimentary and I had no trouble getting in to see her for that. She doesn't push products but is very knowledgeable about them if you want something. The building is nice, kept clean, very casual atmosphere.
Sometimes the receptionist at the front desk hasn't been helpful about prices and finding an open slot. Instead of offering me a few choices of times/days, I have to ask if a date is available. That makes it take a while to find an opening. It took a good two months to get a call that a product I wanted was in stock again (I had already dropped by a month before, found it , and bought it). I'm not sure what happened there, maybe they lost my number? But those complaints are pretty minor compared to Julia's prices and quality.
Pros: cool building, parking available, good stylist
Cons: receptionist is not helpful
