On April 10 we went to La Mirage for a special show featuring some ""vintage"" belly dancers. The performers were really fantastic and it is obvious that the woman who produced the show put a great deal of effort into making a top-notch production. Kudos all the way around for that part.
The restaurant part was a disaster! We were charged a ticket price at the door which included a dinner. Well, long story short there was no dinner! At least not for my table and about half the other tables. The people on one side of the room got some food, but I guess they (the staff) just ran out of energy and quit before they could make it all the way around.
We arrived at 6:00. A pitcher of water was placed on the table. Three hours later the water was gone, the show was over and we still had never seen a waiter or a menu. We tried to get our money back, but never got anywhere. There were alot of really upset people that night. Somebody even called the cops. Not sure if it was because we had paid for something never received or for some other reason. Anyway, we left and we will NEVER EVER EVER go back.
