Generally, I dread taking my car in for maintenance so much that I put it off for months. That was the case with my 2002 VW Passat which really needed some routine maintenance and had issues with the air intake system (causing the check engine light to be on all the time).
My experience with Revolution Motors was excellent. Not only did I not have to wait to drop-off my car, but they had no problem dropping me off at home and even picking me up after the repairs were complete. They kept me up-to-date on their findings, made practical recommendations on which repairs were really necessary (no pressure at all), and (as far as I know) provided me with reasonable prices. Revolution went above and beyond by also throwing in a free car wash and free wiper blades as this was my first visit with them.
I'd definitely trust my VW with Revolution and plan to have all of my regular servicing done by there. In short, they've renewed my trust in auto repair shops, and that's no small feat!
