I'm from Chicago so I might be a little biased on the pizza being too thin, but other than that, it's actually pretty good pizza. The price is reasonable and the sub sandwiches are even pretty good (I especially like the philly cheese).
As far as the customer service - they're always friendly to me and if they're too busy to give me a smile or a ""how are you"" then I'm fine with that...I came for the food. They're definitely not rude though...just from the east coast. I will be eating there again.
Pros: Good pizza and decently priced
Cons: Greasy & maybe too thin
