The Rusty Pelican has been a stopping place of ours for years. We like going there to see the incredible view of the Miami downtown area across the bay. At night the view is 10 fold. The food is good and the service has been exceptional. The last time we were there, sitting by the window and watching a wedding taking place on the outdoor patio just below us. Good food, service, view and romantic, my wife loves it (I do too).
