Our car was properly insured. They claimed it wasn't. We have proof with the insurance policy and our insurance company agrees we were properly insured. Diamond fraudulently tagged on forced-charged insurance. Banks like Wells Fargo have been class action sued for fraudulent force-charge insurance scams. Apparently Diamond does it too. Stay away from these vile criminals.
