I encounter unacceptable customer service Sunshine Computers. I dropped my laptop off and was advised that my laptop would be ready in three business days. My power surge needed to be replaced. Three business days turned into three weeks. I am a student and explained to the technicians via telephone calls and messages that I needed my laptop because I was taking my FINALS, no one returned my calls. A tech finally called me back to advise me they could not start the work on my computer because it was password protected, however I left several messages on the company voicemail with my password on it ! We I explained this issue to the representatives, they were even rude !!!
