My GE Range smelled like gas and wouldn't light.  I called JASCo, explained the problem, Jess answered the phone and was able to let me know what the problem might be and gave me an estimate.  I felt assured by her response, so I scheduled service.  Jess and JJ arrived promptly, diagnosing the problem, which was what she said it would most likely be, an ignitor.  They fixed it on the spot and I was able to cook within 20 minutes!  The price was right and I have a one year waranty on my part.  Thanks Girls!!!
Pros:  personable, answered questions on phone, fixed the problem!
