I have lived in ""Katy"" now for 7 years. I live in the 600 + home community that Ms. Katy lives in. I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received from them, including Laura. I have called her and asked for copies of deed restrictions, I got them emailed to me that afternoon, I have asked her questions regarding the budget, she has always answered them. She has been very polite and patience with some of my concerns.
