Do not use this company if you don't know exactly what your doing from year to year. I signed up with Site in 2006 and later signature alert took them over. I called to cancel service in 2010 since I was moving and was told I couldn't cancel for 5 months because they automatically renew your contract yearly. So now even though I don't live at that residents they still expect me to pay for service their not providing. You would think after 4 years you would be able to cancel on your terms. I will never use Signature Alert again and do NOT recommend this company.
