It's all started when i call the business to just ask few questions. The owner, Grace answer the phone very professional, she answer all my questions and recommended me to come to the store for a consultation. Two days later I went in for my consultation and my mind was blew away. First she asked me few questions, than she show me her books of styles, later she show me a book which has all the prices of all the different braiding styles, than at last she told me that the hair was included. At last, she told that i was going to get FREE refreshments while getting my hair done. But best of all, she said that my braids will be taking out for FREE when I was ready to take my braids out.
Hello... did you hear what I said? I said my braids will be taking out for FREEEEEEEE. That's going to save me at least $60 to $80 bucks.
With all that said, I was very excited to see what my hair would look like.
Two weeks later I came to get my hair done. The quality of the work and service was far better than what i had expected. ""It was everything they said it will be and much, much more.""
When the work was done, I looked a my hair and I loved it, I paid with my credit card and she give me two receipts. on the first receipt she had a line which request me to sign if I was 100% satisfy with my hair. Of course I sign it because I was well pleased.
Three weeks later, when I came home and checked my mail box, I found a post card from CUSTOMER COME FIRST AFRICAN BRAIDS, thanking me for doing business with them.
I don't know what else to tell you, but this is the FIRST BLACK BRAIDING SHOP that I have been to that take proud in what they do and they also put in so much to PLEASED their customers. I hope they keep things the way they are because I see great things happening for this company and may God continue to bless them.
The owner is a great woman and very friendly.
I give them 1000 stars*************************
