My parents have been going here for 8 years and have had several bad experiences with rude service. The last one took the cake. When my mother went to pay the bill the owner (Sal) came out to her was berating her that she undertipped the waitress. Excuse me? Where does he come off making a comment like that to a nice older lady? The time before that he would not let her send her dish back.. he said there was nothing wrong with it.\r

My parents will never go back there, and I will never go back there. This guy has no clue how to run a restaurant or be nice to a customer.... its like he just got off the boat from NJ.
