I took my 13 year old dog into Cypress Veterinary Hospital because of a massive infection and a possible tumor. Dr. Caballero ran lab tests and gave me all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision about my dog's care. I decided to leave her overnight for iv fluids and a blood transfusion. He called me later that evening to give me an update on her and to tell me that he would be doing the surgery that we talked about the next day. The next day after he had finished that surgery he called me to tell me how the surgery went and how she was doing. My husband went and saw her the day after surgery and was very impressed with the staff. I picked her up on Friday and the girls there had everything ready for me. Because I had me 2 sons with me, they helped me get everything in the car and even helped load my dog.
I am very impressed with the level of care that my dog received and the level of concern that the vet and the girls at the clinic have for her. I have used several vets and Dr. Caballero and his staff are by far the best that I have used. I would not hesitate to refer friends/family to his clinic.
Because of Dr. Caballero and his staff, my family did not have to lose a very loved family member and for that I am very grateful to the staff of Cypress Veterinary Hospital.
