I've had several occasions to go into this store and each time it's been a disappointing experience. Although it does seem they have regular customers that are treated well, I have never been greeted with a friendly 'hello' nor asked if I can be helped. I tried to get information today on a product and the cashier was not interested in helping me nor did she offer to find someone else to, so I put the item down and walked out. Obviously my business is not appreciated and I'll gladly drive a few extra blocks to a big box store to get better service. Really too bad. I would think in this economy that Harry would insist on better customer service, however Harry seems to set the tone and has been flip and rude to me in the past. Won't go back..
