When you walk into the Team Wireless (TW) store in Durham, NC, you immediately see a large sign in the back of the store stated TW's customer service mission and that if any customer has an unsatisfactory experience to contact the manager. To make a long story short, I had a sub-par experience at TW on two separate occasions. I put in a BBB complaint and the manager called me. His underlying tone was of ""let me give this woman something free to shut her up."" My primary reason for complaining was not receive something ""free"" but to help improve future customer's experience's at this store. The manager gave a few excuses for his employee's behavior and nothing was resolved. I did not feel ""heard"" nor did I feel that the manager respected my perspective.
Conclusion: Team Wireless - Durham will not receive my business nor my family and friends business in the future.
Pros: You get to test your patience
Cons: Unprofessional customer service
