As a small builder doing high end work, we are always looking for subcontractors and specialists that we can count on to be competent and do at least what they promise to deliver (if not a little more). The home security system business has always been a little frustrating for us (and many other builders) because the choices are limited to either majors such as Broadview, ADT or the like, or small operations with maybe one or two experienced principals.
