We just rented our new apartment 5/1/2010. They have completely renovated ours and we got all new appliances. These bad reviews should be overlooked. Things change and get updated. Maybe the ones who just moved in should've asked for renovations first. I would make sure you are getting a remodeled apartment. We even got the new nice white wooden blinds. They are fantastic. The little things we found wrong, I called the office and they fix it the same day. One was that our bathtub wasn't draining correctly, they fixed it same day. One was a little paint was missing on the doors, they fixed it the same day. I have no worries and have not seen any bugs at all. They are very nice clean apartments and if you're looking for your moneys worth, this is it. The only thing I would say some people may want to do is get a top floor so you don't hear the above people stomping around. Some people have heavy feet and our neighbor above us is bad. I have lots of tv's going and music so it really doesn't bother me anymore. I love our new place!!!!
